The configurable filtering system above the enclosure can be adapted to filter gases, solvents, powders and particulates keeping the user and the laboratory protected by safely and efficiently recirculating air within the room and releasing purified air back into the room free of any toxic hazardous vapours or odours. When choosing an Erlab ductless fume hood, no ductwork is required so installation is simple and the hood can be easily relocated. The depth of the hood can easily accommodate a variety of equipment including, rotary evaporators, bath circulators, or large balances.
Erlab fume cabinets come in a range of sizes to suit the needs of the laboratory. From smaller units, ideal for school or university labs, with education viewing panels for 360o visibility, through to medium and large units with additional filtration and front sash systems, depending on the fume hood requirement and the type of equipment used within the fume cabinet.
Erlab laboratory fume hoods can be outfitted with a carbon filter, a HEPA filter or both for your liquid, powder or liquid/powder applications, depending on your specific needs. Each model includes a flow monitor, programmable timer, internal lighting, sampling port, air flow meter, and side panel utility ports for cables/fluid pipes.
Also depending on your needs, you can select optional requirements such as a resin, stainless steel, or glass work surface, rolling cart with locking wheels, stationary work bench, transparent back panel for education purposes, rear access door or particle pre-filter.
