Belimed PH810 Washer is a compact unit offering minimal footprint of only 1000 mm W x 2100 mm H, allowing it to be easily retrofitted into existing spaces where system replacement is required. The glass sliding door opens downwards, which is also helpful towards economising on space.
Belimed PH810 has been designed with customer requirements in mind, whilst still meeting the latest FDA, GMP and GAMP guidelines, assisting with the main focus in the development of this model.
Belimed PH810 cleaning systems offer highly economic operation. The PH810 features GMP pulsation rinsing systems that minimises the consumption of expensive ultrapure water and a high precision dosing system allowing for further potentional resource savings.
Belimed PH810 is made of the highest quality materials and components providing long term product life. All product-contacting component parts of the circulation and filling system are made of 1.4435/1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel/Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, machine panelling made of 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel and seals, door seals and valve membranes made of FDA-certified EPDM.
The powerful high-capacity drying unit combined with the tight connection coupling ensure fast and complete drying of your washed items.
Belimed’s modern, intuitive touch screen, equipped with graphical user interface (colour display 5.7”) offers a simple and clear operation. All process relevant parameters are displayed on the panel.
