The loading rack and accessory system for the Uniclean® PL II 15 and PL II 30 washer disinfectors has been developed in close collaboration with healthcare professionals and medical device manufacturers to ensure it meets the practical demands of high-performance CSSD environments. The result is a highly adaptable and versatile solution that supports the effective reprocessing of everything from standard surgical instruments through to complex and specialised medical devices.
Designed to maximise cleaning efficiency and workflow flexibility, the rack system enables loading from all sides and supports a wide range of configurations to suit different instrument types and volumes. Its symmetrical docking design ensures consistent water distribution across all levels, helping to deliver reliable and repeatable cleaning and disinfection results. The modular construction allows facilities to tailor configurations to their specific requirements, while maintaining optimal spray access and minimising shadowing during the wash process.
Durability and usability are central to the design. Constructed from robust stainless steel, the racks feature an open structure that promotes thorough cleaning, effective drying and efficient drainage.
