Asepti Metal Pro is the product of choice for processes that undertake trace element analysis, particularly in laboratory and life sciences.
Asepti Metal Pro is a non-phosphate and tenside-free, silicated metal protecting detergent for use in laboratory, life science, animal health and other cleaning applications.
Asepti Metal Pro is suitable for use in laboratory, batch, trolley and cage wash machines.
Asepti Metal Pro complies with AS/NZS 5369:2023 and AS/NZS 4815:2014.

Directions For Use

Automated Use:

Laboratory and Life Science Washers
Recommended dilution is 4 – 8 mL per litre. Wash at 55 – 75˚C for 5 – 10 minutes.
Asepti Metal Pro will provide a pH of approximately 10.5 – 11.5 in the wash.
Detergent residues must be removed from instrument surfaces by successive rinses.
Asepti Metal Pro does not compromise trace element analysis due to its Non-phosphate Non-Silica formulation.

Trolley and Cage Washers:

Recommended dilution is 1 – 4 mL per litre.
Wash at 50 – 70˚C for 2 – 10 minutes.
When used in accordance with recommendations Asepti Metal Pro will provide a pH of approximately 10.5 – 11.5 in the wash.
Detergent residues must be removed from instrument surfaces by successive rinses.
