Features

  • Asepti Multiclean is suitable to use on most reusable medical instruments. It is the product of choice where compliance, validation and material compatibility are the key criteria.
  • Asepti Multiclean is suitable to use on most reusable medical instruments, including stainless steel, plastic hollow ware, anaesthetic masks, circuits, most aluminium and titanium. It is especially suitable for aluminium and colour coded anodized aluminium.
  • Asepti Multiclean is suitable for use in batch washer disinfectors, index washers and ward wash machines in CSD and healthcare settings.
  • Asepti Multiclean complies with AS/NZS 5369:2023 and AS/NZS 4815:2014.

Directions

Batch and Index Washer Disinfectors:

  • Recommended dilution is 5 – 8 mL per Litre.
  • Wash at 55°C – 80°C for 3 – 10 minutes.
  • When used in accordance with recommendations Asepti Multiclean will provide a pH of approximately 10.5 in the wash.
  • Detergent residues must be removed from instrument surfaces by successive rinses.
  • Removal of residual alkalinity may be assisted by use of a suitable neutralizing agent such as Asepti Neutraliser.

Ward Washers:

  • Recommended dilution is 5 mL per Litre.
  • Asepti Multiclean is recommended to be used with Asepti Citric Rinse or Asepti Rinse Clear in the final high temperature disinfection stage of non-anaesthetic cycles.
