Features

Directions For Use

Neutralising Rinse:

  • Suitable for use as a neutralising additive in the first rinse after the alkaline wash.
  • Dose Asepti Neutraliser at 1 – 3 mL per litre of rinse water into the initial rinse cycle. Do not over dose.
  • At completion of cycle check the pH to ensure instruments are left at neutral pH.
  • Increase or decrease dosing as needed to neutralise.

Instrument Brightening:

  • Suitable for Maintenance and Remedial Instrument Brightening.
  • For Maintenance Brightening use in a machine as per the Neutralising Rinse protocol.
  • For Remedial Brightening fill sink/tray with hot water, dose Asepti Neutraliser at 10 – 100 mL per litre.
  • Place Instruments into the bath, leave for 5 – 10 minutes, remove, thoroughly rinse, dry then reprocess.

Descaling:

  • Suitable for Maintenance and Remedial Machine De-scaling.
  • For Maintenance De-scaling use in a machine as per the Neutralising Rinse protocol.
  • For Remedial De-Scaling, dose Asepti Neutraliser at 10 – 33 mL per litre in a bowl onto the rack in the machine then run the De-Scale program in the machine.
  • From a safety and optimal performance and consistency perspective we would recommend that Asepti Neutraliser be used in an Automated Maintenance capacity programmed into the machine, thereby maintaining instrument brightness and inhibiting scale build up and extending equipment life.
  • Asepti Neutraliser can be used on all stainless steel instruments and on elastomer anaesthetics, but is not suitable for chrome or anodised aluminium.
